Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping:
- Orders $0.00 - $29.00: $9.00 flat rate
- Orders $29.01 - $49.00: $6.99 flat rate
- Orders $49.01 - $60.00: $3.99 flat rate
- Orders $60.01 and above: FREE Shipping

Delivery Time
Standard international shipping normally takes 7–12 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance and local delivery service.

Tracking
You can track your order through the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Customs and Duties
Import taxes, duties or customs fees may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product or shipping price.

Undelivered or Lost Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply for resending. We will assist you if your package is lost during delivery.
